By downloading or using BillBook (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What the App is

BillBook is on-device bookkeeping software for freelancers and small businesses. It helps you create invoices, track expenses, and view simple summaries. Data is stored locally on your device unless you export or share it yourself.

BillBook does not connect to banks or payment processors. All amounts are entered manually unless you paste or import data yourself.

See our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your business data. We do not operate a cloud account for your ledger.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION OR THAT CALCULATIONS ARE SUITABLE FOR OFFICIAL TAX FILING WITHOUT YOUR REVIEW.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRAUGR INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES ARISING FROM LOST DATA, INCORRECT ENTRIES, MISSED DEADLINES, OR TAX PENALTIES RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
