Credit Lift AI — Terms of Service

By downloading or using Credit Lift AI (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What the App is

Credit Lift AI is a free personal organizer that helps you import credit report text, flag items you may wish to dispute, and draft letters. The App runs primarily on your device. There is no paid subscription.

2. Not legal, credit repair, or financial advice

• Draugr Inc. is not a law firm, credit repair organization (CRO), debt settlement company, or licensed financial advisor.
• The App does not guarantee removal of items from credit reports or any specific outcome.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and mailing (or sending) any dispute letter before use.
• For legal questions about your situation, consult a qualified attorney. For financial decisions, consult a licensed professional.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
• You may only use the App for your own personal credit records that you are authorized to access.
• Do not use the App to submit false or fraudulent disputes.
• If you add an optional OpenAI API key, you are responsible for complying with OpenAI’s terms and any fees they charge.

4. Affiliate links

The App may show links to third-party credit-building products. Draugr Inc. may earn a commission if you apply through those links at no extra cost to you. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their products, terms, or privacy practices.

5. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled. In summary: your dispute data stays on your device unless you choose to send redacted excerpts to OpenAI.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT DISPUTES WILL SUCCEED.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRAUGR INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING CREDIT SCORE CHANGES, DENIED DISPUTES, OR MISSED DEADLINES.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
