Malone Privacy Policy

Malone is a B2B LOI outreach tool. The mobile companion connects to your organization's Malone server to browse the letter library, view approval queues, and review sent logs.

What we collect

• Server URL — the Malone API address you enter in Settings (stored on device)
• Cached queue data — temporarily held in memory while viewing lists

What we do not collect

• Email credentials (stored only on your desktop Malone server)
• Analytics or advertising identifiers
• Cloud accounts or user profiles

Data transmission

The mobile app communicates directly with the Malone API URL you configure. Draugr Inc. does not operate a central cloud that receives your outreach data unless you explicitly deploy one.

Children

Malone is a business tool not intended for users under 18.
