Three tools

Merge — combine PDFs and images into one file
Compress — shrink file size with a quality slider
Sign — draw your signature and stamp it onto a PDF

Merge

Open the Merge tab → Add files.
Select PDFs and/or photos (JPG, PNG).
Tap Merge & share and send the result anywhere.

Compress

Open Compress → choose a PDF.
Move the quality slider — lower = smaller file, higher = sharper text.
Tap Compress & share.

Sign

Open Sign → choose the PDF to sign.
Draw your signature on the pad → Sign & share.

Get the most out of it

Tip: For contracts, merge all exhibits first, then use Sign on the final combined PDF so you only sign once.

Default compress quality (~65%) is a good balance for email attachments.
Use Clear signature if you mis-draw before stamping.
Large scans compress well; already-small PDFs may not shrink much.

Troubleshooting

File won’t open? Make sure it is a standard PDF from email or Drive, not a password-protected bank statement.
Signature too small? Redraw larger on the signature pad.
