- Expenses — log receipts as you go so the dashboard stays accurate.
- Dashboard — check monthly snapshot before tax time.

Tip: Export PDF invoices for clients who need a formal attachment; use plain text share for quick SMS or email body paste.
- Update invoice status as you go — outstanding totals on the dashboard depend on it.
- No bank sync — enter amounts manually for full control and privacy.
- Back up by exporting PDFs to Drive or email periodically.
