Last updated: July 10, 2026 · Draugr Inc. (d/b/a Drauger Inc.)

By accessing or subscribing to Community-One, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Community-One is a neighborhood / HOA PWA for alerts, outages, safety notices, maintenance requests, and community communication. Features may evolve over time.

Subscription price & resident tiers

$49.99 USD per month base per subscribing community or HOA account. The base plan includes the first 200 resident sign-ins.

Billing scales in tiers of 200 resident sign-ins:

Equivalent formula: $49.99 × ceil(active resident sign-ins ÷ 200). Tier changes based on active resident accounts apply on the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated at checkout. Taxes may apply. Price changes require notice; continued use after the effective date means you accept the new price.
