Community-One Privacy Policy
Community-One is a neighborhood / HOA progressive web app (PWA) for alerts, outages, safety notices, and community communication. This policy explains what information we process when you use Community-One.

Information we process
- Subscriber & billing — HOA/property manager or household account details, email, and payment information processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).
- Community content — announcements, maintenance requests, check-ins, and messages you or your HOA admins post.
- Location — approximate or precise location if you grant permission for maps, outages, or safety features.
- Device & usage — push tokens and technical logs needed to operate the service.
How we use information
- Provide Community-One subscription features to your neighborhood or HOA
- Deliver alerts and notifications you or your admins enable
- Process payments and prevent abuse
- Improve reliability and support
Sharing
We do not sell resident or HOA data. We share information with service processors (hosting, payments, messaging) under limited-purpose contracts, with your HOA admins as configured for your community, or when required by law.
Retention
We retain account and community data while the subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Deletion requests: support@draugerinc.com.
Children
Community-One is intended for adults and household use under adult supervision. It is not directed to children under 13. HOA admins should not knowingly collect children’s personal information without appropriate consent.
Emergency services
Community-One is not a substitute for 911 or official emergency alerts (WEA, county OEM, etc.). In an emergency, call 911.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
