Worker-1 Terms of Service
By accessing or subscribing to Worker-1, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Worker-1 is a browser-based field operations PWA for crew coordination, equipment registry, safety alerts, and related operational tools. Features may change as we improve the product.
Subscription price & crew tiers
$49.99 USD per month base per subscribing organization. The base plan includes the first 200 crew sign-ins.
Billing scales in tiers of 200 crew sign-ins:
- 1–200 crew: $49.99/mo
- 201–400: $99.98/mo
- 401–600: $149.97/mo
- 601–800: $199.96/mo
- 801–1,000: $249.95/mo
- Over 1,000: custom quote
Equivalent formula: $49.99 × ceil(active crew sign-ins ÷ 200). Tier changes based on active worker accounts apply on the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated at checkout. Taxes may apply. Price changes require notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Billing & cancellation
- Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled.
- You may cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period.
- Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
- Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
Accounts & acceptable use
- You must provide accurate company and admin contact information.
- You are responsible for users you invite (employees, subcontractors) and for keeping credentials secure.
- Do not misuse the service (unauthorized access, scraping, interference, illegal activity, or uploading unlawful content).
- Do not use Worker-1 to store regulated SCADA credentials, classified material, or data you are not authorized to process.
Not a substitute for official systems
Worker-1 supports field coordination. It is not a replacement for official utility SCADA, 911, OSHA-mandated programs, or your employer’s safety management system. Always follow your company’s procedures and applicable law.
Intellectual property
Draugr Inc. owns Worker-1 software, branding, and documentation. Patent pending. You retain ownership of data you enter. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the service.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRAUGR INC. IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO WORKER-1 WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR WORKER-1 IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Draugr Inc. against claims arising from your content, your users’ misuse, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Florida have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited.
