Worker-1 Privacy Policy
Worker-1 is a field-crew operations progressive web app (PWA) for utilities, contractors, and storm restoration teams. This policy explains what information we process when you use Worker-1.

Information we process
- Account & billing — name, work email, company name, payment method details processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).
- Jobsite & crew data — jobsite codes, crew roster entries, certifications, equipment registry, and operational notes you or your admins enter.
- Device & usage — approximate location if you grant permission for map/hazard features, push-notification tokens, and basic technical logs needed to run the service.
- Communications — support emails and optional SMS alerts you enable.
How we use information
- Provide and secure the Worker-1 subscription service
- Coordinate crew, equipment, and safety alerts for your organization
- Process payments and prevent fraud
- Improve reliability and respond to support requests
Sharing
We do not sell your crew or jobsite data. We share information only with processors that help us run the product (hosting, payments, SMS/email delivery), under contracts that limit their use, or when required by law.
Retention
We retain account and operational data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, disputes, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of account data at support@draugerinc.com, subject to legal holds.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards (HTTPS, access controls, least-privilege admin roles). No method of transmission is 100% secure.
Children
Worker-1 is for workplace use by adults. It is not directed to children under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
