By downloading or using the Malone mobile companion (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Malone Mobile is a read-only companion to desktop Malone or your organization’s Malone API server. It lets authorized users browse an LOI library, view approval queues, and review sent logs. Email sending and Outlook integration occur on your server, not in this App.
Letter templates and queue views are operational tools only. They are not legal advice. Consult qualified counsel for contract, procurement, and outreach compliance questions.

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRAUGR INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR OUTREACH ERRORS, MISDELIVERED EMAIL, OR SERVER OUTAGES BEYOND OUR CONTROL.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding contract between you and Draugr Inc. (“Company”) for the Malone mobile companion app.
By installing or using the App you accept this Agreement and the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, uninstall and stop using the App.
Company grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for authorized business purposes with your organization’s Malone deployment.
The App is a read-only companion. Outbound email / campaign sending is performed only by your desktop Malone server under your organization’s controls. You must not misuse the App to violate anti-spam or outreach laws.
You are responsible for content you access through your server. See the Privacy Policy for what the App stores on device (primarily your configured server URL).
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Company is not liable for decisions made from library or queue data displayed in the App.
