Malone — Terms of Service

By downloading or using the Malone mobile companion (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What the App is

Malone Mobile is a read-only companion to desktop Malone or your organization’s Malone API server. It lets authorized users browse an LOI library, view approval queues, and review sent logs. Email sending and Outlook integration occur on your server, not in this App.

2. Business use only

• The App is intended for authorized business users of your organization’s Malone deployment.
• You must not use the App to send unsolicited bulk email in violation of CAN-SPAM, state laws, or your organization’s policies.
• Demo mode shows sample data for review purposes only — not real contacts.

3. Your server, your responsibility

• You configure the API URL. Your organization is responsible for securing that server, credentials, and email compliance.
• Draugr Inc. does not host your outreach data unless you explicitly deploy a Draugr-operated server.

4. Not legal advice

Letter templates and queue views are operational tools only. They are not legal advice. Consult qualified counsel for contract, procurement, and outreach compliance questions.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRAUGR INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR OUTREACH ERRORS, MISDELIVERED EMAIL, OR SERVER OUTAGES BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
